We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, or you can pay using your PayPal balance.
You can purchase in our website even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Simply select the “Pay with a credit or debit card” option under the Paypal login window on check-out.


My Party Design sells digital files only, so there is NO SHIPPING.

INSTANT DOWNLOADS: Most files will be ready to download shortly after purchase (read item’s description for instructions).

INVITATIONS/CUSTOM ITEMS: For items that require customisation on our end, you will receive the DIGITAL files in your email address within 2 business days of purchase (Australian EST).


Due to the nature of these products, no refunds will be issued after the files have been downloaded / sent to your email address.
 However, we’ll always be available to help you if you have any concerns or problems with the files.


Invitations come with up to 2 free rounds of revisions. If you require ADDITIONAL revisions, there is a $5 AUD fee per round of edits. Revisions apply to wording edits only; changing the design or colours of the invitation is NOT considered a revision.
We hold onto invitation files for 30 days, so any changes can be requested within 30 days of purchase.


– Unless otherwise specified, you will receive a PDF file in a standard A4 format
– No printed material will be sent to your address
– Colours may vary from printer to printer
– You will need to open the PDF files on your COMPUTER using the latest version of Adobe Reader (free download at
– The files are password-protected to secure the artwork and to preserve the editable text feature (when applicable). You won’t need a password to open the files in Adobe Reader.

Some Copy Centres won’t be able to handle password-protected PDF files. If you’re not printing at home, please check ahead with your preferred print shop to find out if they can open PDF files with Adobe Reader. Please note that you won’t be able to upload the PDFs to the printer’s website either.


You may use these files for your PERSONAL USE ONLY. File sharing, distribution and commercial use of these PDF files or of the printed materials from these files are not allowed.

Event Planners:

You may use these files for your customers’ party decoration, as part of you event planning services, only in the form of final printed products. You MAY NOT sell the digital files or distribute them in any way. You MAY NOT sell the printed materials from these files.
Credit on images featuring our products on your website or social media, although not mandatory, will be much appreciated.


Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Australian EST). Closed weekends and public holidays.
Please keep this in mind when ordering items that require customisation.
