FREE Birthday party checklist

If you are a busy parent or a forgetful person like me, you may need a list for everything! As my daughter’s birthday approached in the busy month of December, I knew I had to find a way to get organised so I didn’t forget anything I had to plan for the party. And so I made this birthday party checklist printable, to help me keep track of all the tasks involved in planning a birthday party for my kids, or any other celebration.

 

 

Using the birthday party checklist

I organised this birthday party checklist with a clear timeline and specific tasks to complete at each stage. This helps to see what’s the priority at each time and avoid overwhelm. Just go through the list one step at a time!

 

Print or edit your checklist

Because I use my computer every day, I find it easy to keep my to-do lists there. When I was thinking about creating this checklist I knew I wanted it to work as a digital or printed list. And so I included checkboxes that you can actually tick on the computer as you complete your tasks. But if paper is your thing, you can just print the PDF and tick with a pen or pencil as you go.
