How to edit invitations

I’m always trying to meet my customers’ needs and how to edit invitations is something many of you have been asking me for a while now.

I’m excited to announce I’ve added editable versions of all our invitations to the shop! So now if you’re in a time crunch or prefer to add the details yourself, you can purchase an editable invitation and download it straight away, instead of waiting for me to customise your file. Perfect for busy mums and procrastinators!

I’ve made this little video to show you how easy it is to customise your editable invitation with Adobe Reader.

First you need to open your printable file in Adobe Reader (free download at https://get.adobe.com/reader/). This is very important, as other software won’t read the editable text fields properly and may cause formatting issues.

Then you type over the sample text. If you need to change the size, colour or style of the font you can do so by pressing CTRL+E (Command+E on a Mac) to bring up the Text Properties Toolbar in Adobe Reader.

When you are done adding all the details, you can just save and print.

And that’s it! In a couple of minutes you can have your invitations ready to send out.
